I was looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. There was no sign indicating that guests should wait to be seated, so we did what many customers would naturally do and seated ourselves. A server noticed us and mentioned that she would get the hostess, but despite that acknowledgment, no one ever came to greet us, provide menus, or explain the seating process.
