Honestly such an amazing place to live. Quiet people and great management. Only lived here for a year but it was a good first apartment post grad! Smooth transitions and great pricing for location
I’ve lived in this apartment for the past 3 years and it’s truly been a great experience—the community is quiet and peaceful, it’s very pet-friendly, and having laundry on-site makes everyday living so convenient. The landlord is also a great communicator, always responsive and helpful whenever anything comes up, which makes a big difference. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.
Great place to live! I was here for a little over 2 years, never had any issues with parking, neighbors are friendly, pretty quiet apartment, the only noise you really hear would be the cars outside since it’s off a main road. Eli was a great landlord, always accommodating and helpful. Any issues were fixed very quickly, when my air conditioner stopped working, a new one was ordered and installed within a week. Great value for the price. I lived here for a few years and was consistently impressed with the quality; all the appliances were brand new and worked perfectly. Additionally, Eli was fantastic to work with—always responsive and helpful whenever maintenance was needed.
I Lived here for a year and I would definitely recommend especially to anyone just starting out. All the neighbors were quiet and respectful. Mostly everyone sticks to themselves. At night its quiet which i was happy about, you really only heard loud cars going by thats it. The landlord is really nice and accommodating. Our dryer was having issues and it was fixed less than 24 hours later. I’ve been in large apartment complexes and it can take up to two weeks sometimes to get something fixed.
