False advertising, they claim 24/7 access, but they open the padlock at 7:30am and lock it up again at 7:30pm. They also do not unlock it on days with bad weather. Shame on them. They claim there are holes in the ground where poles for a new gate will go… that seems like an out so that their 24/7 claim for the future seems plausible. They have no date expected for the 24/7 keypad to be installed and activated. Nice as pie, lying to your face. Be warned
Do not use this facility. Upon moving out and properly notifying via email, voicemail and chat box, their business model is to continue charging you' re credit card . They will also not return you' re call or acknowledge corresponence in any way. I have reported these practices to appropiate authorities and hope criminal charges are pending .
