Everyone at Hilltop bicycle shop was so friendly and helpful. I brought in my 14 year old bike that I hadn’t ridden In years and tuned her up good and even cleaned her off. They knew how special the bike was to me and did everything to get her back up and running and went above and beyond to get her clean. Thank y’all so much for your hard work and quick turn around time. I am really enjoying my time on my ‘new again’ bike ☺️
Hilltop knows what customer service is all about. I dropped of my bike for a few upgrades on Tuesday and needed it by Friday as I was going out of town on Saturday. I didnt have the right driver for the new cassette and instead of calling me about the problem Jeff put his personal bikes rear tire on my bike so i can have a bike for the week. This was above and beyond anything I expected and have ever received from a bike shop. Hilltop knows and understands "customer first". Thanks Jeff and appreciate it.

I love this shop! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my bike parts, repairs, and tune ups. I already owned a bike when he opened his store but I'm really impressed with the quality of selection of bikes he carries. He has something for everyone! Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Jeff to repair your bike - walked in and within 1 hour all was fixed and I'm back to the trails - Thank you Jeff Delavega
On multiple occasions, I have brought my bike into Hilltop and walked out with the issue fixed within the same visit. Jeff is always very quick and reasonably priced. I love having Hilltop right down the road from my house.
