My family is thankful for how wonderful they are in the office and the guys who helped our apartment with repairs that I need help he came so fast the We met mau and rob last month when we looked and did move here So nice people here and monday they had people come look and treat apartment i keep clean home so I don’t have bugs so confused why come to my home man say to make sure thank u mau linda

Just want to say what an amazing experience I have had with Maú the property manager, the office staff and service guys who takes care of the minor issues and how quickly they came to help! It’s been nothing but a great two months thanks again Hilltop! I highly recommend living here! It’s just great to have such great people that work here that care and help immediately! -Sophia
When I moved in 15 months ago I wasn’t able to see my unit before signing the lease. I moved in and my appliances were rusted and damaged. I asked for new appliances and was told I can’t get them. I now have mice in my unit due to some trifling neighbors I had that when they cleaned there unit it’s now taking over my kitchen. I’ve caught 3 mice in 2 days. I can’t use my stove cause they’re mice running all through it. Nothing has been done. It’s not a bad community overall is all I can say
This is the worst complex to live at. They don’t care about safety. Very poor in maintenance and take nothing serious even when it’s a high priority. My apartment (3 rooms) has been without heat for a week during heavy snow and this people did nothing. Some problem has happened twice and they can’t find a solution. All they are saying is they would give me a single heater for a 3 bedrooms. Worst of it is that even the one heater they gave to be used in a three bedrooms plus living room doesn’t work.
