This community has been a wonderful place to call home, so far, it's been a very clean, well-maintained environment with great amenities. The community feels peaceful and welcoming, and I appreciate the exceptional staff who are consistently friendly and responsive. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or going out of their way to assist with questions, Marisa and her team make living here an easy and enjoyable experience.

We have lived here for over six years and never had issues until the last three managements teams took over. Communication is terrible, and the previous staff and new staff claim they have no records of maintenance from previous management. There’s mold all over the complex, leaks, and AC issues that still aren’t being fixed in many units. In our apartment, we had a leak in the floor that dripped into our downstairs neighbor’s ceiling and our master bedroom, and it was never repaired.
