I have worked at Hillsville Health and Rehab since October 2021 and it is a wonderful place to work. All departments work together as much as possible to care for residents and families first. Overall great teamwork and atmosphere in a healthcare setting which is traditionally high stress and emotional.
This is a great place. The staff is caring and friendly. It has a home like atmosphere, lots of different activities for residents to participate in.
Wonderful-everyone has been wonderful-they have been kind and compassionate-I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Charlie Smith is an amazing person.
My grandma was a resident from November 2023 until she recently passed way, April 2025. Luckily, we have a large family and she got visits almost daily! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and I have! ALL of the staff have been amazing! From Charlie the director, to all the social workers and admissions to all the nursing staff, activities workers ( my granny loved Bingo and crafts) and all the medical team.
