Had my teeth cleaning visit and had a great experience! Tristen was thorough and very customer friendly, making sure it was a pleasant visit. Dentist was very quick and kind in his approach. Recommend this provider for all your dentist needs.

Absolutely wonderful staff, and Dr. Montagna is awesome! I was apprehensive because my teeth were a mess and I was scared of the reception I’d get when I finally got insurance and was able to see a dentist. They quickly put my mind at ease and everyone I met at the office was welcoming, friendly, and not judgmental at all. I can’t thank Hillsville Family Dental enough; I went from dreading the process to looking forward to working with them to get my teeth healthy again!

The staff behind the desk are very rude. Not open as long as they use to be. Closed Fridays? What dentist office doesn’t call you when THEY rescheduled your appointment without you knowing? THEY DID NOT CALL FOR A REMINDER! No letter was sent in the mail. UNTILL I received a bill for a broken appointment. They do not accept adult Medicaid or half the time no new patients! I do not recommend this place if you’re a new patient. I waited six months for this appointment. I woke up this morning. I’m sick. I don’t know if I have Covid or the flu and I called to reschedule and they said if you don’t come, we’re not going to treat you ever. So now I have to drive 40 minutes to see a dentist so much for small town kindness.
