Hi all! I am happy to be writing a review for Hillsview Building as we look out of our beautiful new Milgard windows. Unfortunately, we had to replace a window and since our windows were old, we wanted to replace them all. We were being prudent and decided to get 3 bids. Two of the companies (larger companies) had call centers and Hillsview building had Troy. That was a pleasant surprise.
