I don’t understand why they don’t convey the absolutely required “no phone guidelines” but then FAIL to tell any customers by words, print or anything else (besides terms and conditions on the website?!), and then turn around and berate and belittle customers who do happen to take phone calls (for any reason, emergency, family or work) and then publicly embarrass them and demand they get off the phone WHILE they are on the phone and then sneer at you for the rest of your meal when you simply ask why you weren’t told about th... read more

Inappropriate for business. I received an urgent medical call while checking in but I had to take but unfortunately their corporate policy prevents them from engaging with me. Which means I was not allowed to be seated and then was late for the rest of my day due to their bizarre business policy. Now I know to never come here again for business

They are losing customers with no phone rule. I won't be back. Too many better restaurants in Houston.
