Couldn’t be happier with the services that John and his team provided. Professional and reliable, even staying late on a Friday to complete the job as we were on a tight timeline. Would highly recommend.
John and his team recently carried out a concrete encasement for a sew line for me. There service was amazing from helping get all the appropriate approvals to starting job quickly on short notice just to help me out and site was left clean after completion. The site was extremely tight and difficult for the machine operator with working right up against pool fencing and tiles however no dramas occurred. To sum it up Hillsside Plumbing excavations were great to work with and i will continue to use them in the future.
John & his team at Hillside Plumbing rescued us from a very messy situation. We moved into a brand new home in Castle Hill only to realize that the landscaping can not be done because of the way the Storm water Pipe was. John was very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the drainage of the sewer which led to overflow into our laundry. We had a quote from another plumbing company whose quote was on the expensive side, so we contacted Hillsside for another quote. The team from Hillsside Plumbing did some investigating and correctly diagnosed the problem with our drainage system (the other company actually got it wrong and quoted us for work we didn't require) and Hillsside rectified it in a professional and timely manner.
