I did a tour of this property with Ny, who was very gracious and informative. From answering my initial emails, to setting the appointment and touring the property she exuded warmth and professionalism. Although the apartment was a little to small for working from home, it was lovely and the amenities and location are perfect for students or employees of U.C. Shout out to to Baratullah Asadi really helpful and very informative. Hardworking and respectful, responsible.
Mr. Asadi is the best maintenance staff I have ever seen. My bedroom has extremely high window without blinds. Mr. Asadi worked so hard to help me out, installed the blinds, and made extensions that control the blinds for me. Really sweet guy :)
The maintenance staff Baratollah Asadi, is really helpful. He always fixes things in time with a great attitude. That's good.
