Four members of our family have received orthodontic treatment at Hillside over the last 7 years, and we have only positive reviews about our experience. I did Invisalign as an adult and three of our children received orthodontic care - I was in/out of their office quite a bit. The front staff is consistently friendly, efficient and responsive. We had a perfectly fine experience while the practice was managed under Dr. Righellis, under whom we paid upfront for the entire course of orthodontic treatment. However, when we called them today after my daughter's permanent retainer became unglued from one lower front tooth, they simultaneously let us know that their first appointment was over 2 weeks in the future even for this surgent matter, but that we shouldn't wait too long to get this fixed since her teeth could shift.
