Four members of our family have received orthodontic treatment at Hillside over the last 7 years, and we have only positive reviews about our experience. I did Invisalign as an adult and three of our children received orthodontic care - I was in/out of their office quite a bit. The front staff is consistently friendly, efficient and responsive. We had a perfectly fine experience while the practice was managed under Dr. Righellis, under whom we paid upfront for the entire course of orthodontic treatment. However, when we called them today after my daughter's permanent retainer became unglued from one lower front tooth, they simultaneously let us know that their first appointment was over 2 weeks in the future even for this surgent matter, but that we shouldn't wait too long to get this fixed since her teeth could shift. Exceptional care for our child while moving through the wild and unknown process of wearing braces. The team made it easy and partnered with us to make sure we knew what we doing every step of the way. The staff made us feel like a team and not an unknown client. Thank you so much!
Both of my kids have received excellent care from Hillside View Orthodontics. Their staff and ortho assistants are always kind and helpful, and they are very responsive when there are urgent issues that need same day or next day appointments. We also appreciate Dr. Ikeda's expertise and care in coordinating treatment plans for our kids. We have been very happy with the care at Hillside View!
