I called Hillside to tow my car to the dealership. I tried to call a week ahead to schedule the pick up because I had an appointment at the dealership. They told me to call back closer to the day because they would forget. I called the day before to schedule the pickup and they agreed to pick up the car at 9am. They were late so I called and inquired about what time they would be coming, they assured me they were on the way. They never showed up and never called. They are not dependable and are very rude.

I think I was there all of 10 minutes and they swapped out my tire for a new one, buffed the rim, balanced it, etc. I may come back for the other three before winter hits depending on the tread depth in November.

I was up in South Beloit, almost 200 miles from home, for my cousin’s wedding and I had a brake line bust on my car. I called a few different tow companies and got quotes of $1200-$1400 to tow it back home. Thankfully, Pete from Hillside called me back and offered to have his mechanic come in on a Sunday and fix my car instead of having it towed.
