The storage is safe, secure and accessible 24 hours a day. However, there have been a number of price increases in the last year and no one is on site for issues.
I had an issue with the door and they were very prompt at having the maintenance man contact me. Every time I've called everyone is very polite

Storage units are very secure and I felt safe accessing my unit even after dark. Lots of lights and security cameras. I was always pleased with customer service and prompt responses. My only issue was there seemed to be a lot of mice that got into my stuff which was there for 2.5 years. I was not expecting to leave my stuff so long so may have been my fault for having boxes with handle holes on the sides. I recommend using totes in storage units.
