Absolutely the worst place to rent units or parking spots from. We are current renters that will be leaving immediately. We currently rent a medium sized unit and one outdoor parking spot. The women that owns this place is a complete P.O.S. she advised us when we leased an outdoor spot that we could park out utility trailer on site but they "Prefer that it be empty" obviously this lady needs to go back to English class as "prefer" is not a requirement but a request.
