NP Craddick out of the Kyle location for my tele-med was awesome. She is such a sweet, and friendly southern lady who went beyond to take care of my heathcare needs. Be fantastic if she moved to San Antonio. Five stars for Craddick!
The entire call center is outsourced, meaning prepare for a wild ride. The first time I called, I couldn’t understand the person because her dogs were barking wildly in the background. The second caller disconnected me. The third caller told me to email my insurance to the wrong address. The fourth told me to email to a different address and never called back to explain my appointment had been pushed back and hour and half past its scheduled time.
