If I could put a zero I would Absolutely horrible. Im not sure if Ms. ****** has ever had a black patient before but she was very hostile and agggressive with me didnt look me in the eye one time. She was very dismissive and unprofessional. If you are black this is NOT the place for us. We need regular doctors who see us as patients not as a color. Never have I ever experienced this a day in my life. I dont want to make it about color but I dont know how else to see what just happened. Sooooo weird. Im basically in tears rn.... read more

This review is regarding the clinic physician at the Universal city clinic.The only reason I give it one star is because you have to mark at least one in order to post a review. My previous *** just retired, so I had to find a new PCP. This clinic is listed on my insurance web page as in network. In almost 70 years of life, I have NEVER witnessed Or experienced a physician with a worst bedside manner than Dr ***** She was very rude, and did nothing but complain. I was unexpectedly fired and/or let go as of 08/13/24 because I was not the right fit for the company. Mind you that 3 managers have quit and/or have been fired in the past 3 months for the same reason. I have showed up early and/or on time and have maintained a high work standard(s) in my clinics that I was in responsible for, but this was seen as unapproachable.
