Hillside pools have always been reliable friendly helpful company who has always strived to give the best service possible. Keep up the excellent work.
They are awful to deal with! Don’t trust their word or work. Bought a pool heater that only lasted 5 months and they wouldn’t honor the warranty. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER recommend them.

The heater the customer purchased has a manufacturer’s warranty that does not cover chemical damage. It is very clear in the product’s user guide that the pool water must be chemically balanced or it can cause damage to the equipment, voiding any warranty. After analyzing the heater with the manufacturer, the manufacturer stated that it was clearly an issue of chemical damage.
