Hillside Organic Catering was a HUGE success. I received many compliments on the food at our wedding. It was hot, delicious, and everything was perfect. I would hire them again any day. A fantastic company to hire for your wedding.
Patrick and the team at Hillside knocked it out of the park for our recent outdoor wedding buffet serving 110 people in Bennington, VT. I do not think there was a single guest who did not mention how amazing the food was. After the tasting blew us away last year, Patrick promised us that the food at scale would be exactly as good, which was absolutely the case.
