I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul from this dealership in June 2025. The vehicle had a valid inspection at the time of sale, however mechanical issues began the day after purchase, including a check engine light and heat seat not working. Since then, I have had to complete multiple repairs, including tie rod replacement, wheel alignment, and a purge solenoid, with additional issues still ongoing. Being from Ontario, my Esclade needed to be serviced this summer as well as the 6.2 L engine test completed prior to heading back to Ontario, they went above and beyond! Thank you to the Service Manager and service department. I have been back for another service being back on the Island for another early Spring/Summer.
