The guy that runs this cemetery is a total jerk. I bought a headstone thru the funeral home and he wouldn't let it be placed there until he got almost $300. I didn't have it so my daughter's headstone was held and didn't get placed until I had paid him. The funeral home offered to set it for free but he doesn't allow it. After you've paid for "everything" don't be surprised if he comes to you for some additional fees.
