I have been refused service, despite being a patient of this medical office. I was told by my doctor that I would receive a call from them and no one called. I then call to make an appointment for ASAP; as my adhd medication is completely out. I mention that I have been struggling and need to speak with any available practitioner. The RECEPTIONIST takes It upon herself to tell me that my request can ONLY be filled through my family doctor. Incredibly rude and condescending front desk staff
Happened a few times now. Open at 8am but phones are not open for some time afterwards. This morning 30 minutes late so far.
They have added online booking!!!! This is a world of difference in the ease of making an appointment. Thank you!
Always helpful and flexible when urgency requires. The drs are caring and the staff are very helpful. The learning drs are absolutely awesome. Nice to have a progressive clinic in the town.
