Room dirty....(floors, used bandage on curtain, tub nasty......asked the room to be deep cleaned.....never got done....we requested our last night there since they didn't comply....************** was rude....not listening.....I called him the night before to insure he knew about the issue. He offered another room after he said they were sold out....I just want my one night and the extra 13 he charged me for.....thanks
