This facility is very deceiving by the pictures online. The staff is very confrontational. Not all but the ones I talked with were but it was more conflict than a pleasant visit. Everybody possess to be so busy but doing what is to be be done for the residents. When your loved one goes to a facility it doesn't feel good at all and you try to be supportive and pleasant to staff and you get treated like you don't have a right to support your family in a respective way. Thank you, Hillside, for your exceptional care and warmth. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of their residents. The environment is friendly and inviting, fostering a sense of community among resident and staff alike. There’s ample opportunity for engaging in activities and social interaction whether it’s arts and craft or karaoke.
