I'm really baffled as to why this place is still open. The staff are incredibly disrespectful and unkind, which only adds to my disappointment. I was also informed about an insect infestation, so I definitely wouldn't recommend sending a loved one here.
I'm really disappointed with the experience I had. The staff's attitude felt rude, which was upsetting. I also felt uncomfortable with how my interference was handled. At this point, I don't feel confident leaving my dog here.
