This facility is very deceiving by the pictures online. The staff is very confrontational. Not all but the ones I talked with were but it was more conflict than a pleasant visit. Everybody possess to be so busy but doing what is to be be done for the residents. When your loved one goes to a facility it doesn't feel good at all and you try to be supportive and pleasant to staff and you get treated like you don't have a right to support your family in a respective way.
