Cory Fechtner, the 5 star dude never lived in an apartment at Harborview. Kevin Pietrusa of Kaiser Holdings is a crook who believes he can pick and choose who he can put into HUD housing. His managers the Gary Gambles who love looking down on the people around them. I did not know that some Companies that work with HUD run a carpeting racket. Kevin Pietrusa and Oliver management do.
