Where do i begin…firstly I called the day before and made an appointment for a recall fix at 7:30am, when I got to the front of the line I was told my information is not even in the system. The appointment manager Justin came and apologized then took my car in for an 8am appointment. Left my car since 7:30am and return 4:30pm to be told that my car is still in the same spot with no work done and that it would now be worked on. I took my car there for an oil change tire rotation, State Inspection and a fuel pump recall. My appointment was at 7am, at 4:51pm they called me and said my car was ready, when I got there I was told my failed the Inspection now this was about 5:30pm. I asked them why couldn't you call me and tell me was the problem was so I could decide if would let them fix it or not, they could not tell my what the problem was all they could say is that my car failed the inspection.
