My sister went there to get work done on her HRV before consulting me and she paid the price. Only a crook charges 2 services fees because its 2 separate issues. Every reputable shop charges one fee for the visit and waives it if you do the work with them. I read the rest of her invoice to see what other services they recommended and I couldn't believe they said serpentine belt on a 39000 mile car. Very bad customer service on phone ! They don’t even let you talk or listen to your matter ! I call Honda as great car company to check on this seller that some of this facility giving very bad experience to their customers ! I don’t recommend this one anymore
I don't enjoy giving negative reviews, but in this case I'll take absolute pleasure in doing so. Avoid this Honda service at all cost. To get into the details, I dropped my Pilot off here in the morning and took the subway to work in the city, spent an entire day working, and after not hearing from anyone, I took my chances and went there anyway hoping the work would be done. Their service department is extremely disappointing. There seems to be zero accountability or respect for customers’ time. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM and was told they would call me once the work was completed. According to the service manager, it was supposed to be about a two-hour job. By 4:00 PM, I still had not received a single call or update. I finally called them myself and was put on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I had a very unpleasant experience with Justin Islam, a service advisor at Hillside Honda. I came in simply to have a few concerns with my vehicle looked at. A few weeks prior, I had my rear windshield replaced elsewhere, and when Justin saw the work, he made the comment that they “did a shitty job.” I found that comment completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.
