I took my car there for an oil change tire rotation, State Inspection and a fuel pump recall. My appointment was at 7am, at 4:51pm they called me and said my car was ready, when I got there I was told my failed the Inspection now this was about 5:30pm. I asked them why couldn't you call me and tell me was the problem was so I could decide if would let them fix it or not, they could not tell my what the problem was all they could say is that my car failed the inspection. Came for my inspection appointment for 730. Waited on the car line for maybe 10min. Got inside was greeted by Justin explained that it was a drop off but I just needed the emissions inspection wanted to know if I could wait instead. He said that would be fine set expectations that the mechanics come about 30min after my appointment time. I was fine with that and was leaving with my pass inspection 25-40 min later. Not negating anyone else’s experience but mine was smooth. Thank you Honda team
Stay far away from this place they are going to rip you off for your money any way nessasary if something is under warranty they are going to say its not ,this is the worst service department in united states take your car somewhere eles !!! The technician disconnected the parking mode recording on my dash cam now i have to get it fixed this place needs to get sued then they would learn .
I went to this place as a first time to get my car serviced and I was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service. I literally wasted my time commuting just to be turned away. I made my appointment for a drop off told the scheduler I have warranty I brought by Honda and it is literally accepted by all Honda authorized service center.
