I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this location and I will not be returning. I brought my vehicle in for an A/C condenser replacement, which was covered under warranty. During the process, I was told the discharge hose also needed to be replaced. I agreed to pay for the part in good faith, despite not being shown any proof or documentation. The real issue came with the labor charges. I wanted to thanks Sadiq for having excellent customer service and helping getting my car fixed. A true gentlemen who looks out for his customers! The staff is professional and get the job done!
Today I had an appointment to get my car serviced, and the receptionist Jayden Who booked the appointment for me 1:30pm said he never gave me that time yes, send me a text message confirming this time. I got there 15 minutes earlier than the time and in the gate was locked I was told they were on break and they wouldn’t give me an appointment for this time. Be aware this is the worst place to maintenance your car at they will waste your time.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a recent service visit for my 2020 Honda Pilot.
