I dropped off my car this morning and have been trying to call for a status update. No one is answering the phone, and my call was hung up on twice. This is completely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.

Let me tell you about this place! GO TO PARAGON HONDA for service. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL and it’s with management. The service manager named PHILLIP needs to be retrained in all sense of the terms of management. Imagine he said he’s getting angry to me. Like what does that mean you want to HIT ME? Do not trust this shop, its service, or its inspections. Their "free inspection" is completely sloppy and just an excuse to pad labor fees. They missed a major engine oil leak during my inspection, which led to a midnight breakdown, tow, and emergency repair. When I reached out, the manager avoided responding to me. To make matters worse, one time the technician forgot to secure the splash shield/bottom plate after an oil change. It dropped on one side and dragged along the road the entire drive home.

From beginning to end I was handled with efficiency and support. From the assistance received in the parts department to the day of service. Every member I engaged with were just down to earth in touch people who matched the same positive energy I extended. I normally go to the express service center, but do to needing work done on my car this was my first experience with the team at the service location.
