Where do I begin? This has to be the worst place. You can go to to get your car serviced. I’ve been coming here for a couple years since they got new staff and have new managers. It’s really going downhill fast. I got here at 4 PM to get an oil change that only takes 15 minutes and I always take an hour and they lied and said they couldn’t do it because they were closing or they understaffed all the years I’ve been coming here it’s always the same excuse be aware I highly do not recommend this place.
They can be better when trying to sell services, I understand everyone needs to eat, but recommending something not needed on a practically new vehicle is not acceptable, I really like this place because they seem professional, but please don’t be mad because you tried to take out a nail on a tire that wasn’t leaking air just to sell me a brand new tire, communication with customers is key before even touching anything on the vehicle, thank you
I've been coming here for years and so far they are professional, fast, and their prices can't be beat! That reason alone is why I drive extra to service my truck.
