Making an appointment is useless because entry is based on a first-come, first-served basis. I recommend going at 8 AM. I had a 9 AM appointment, but I didn't get everything done until 11:30 AM (I was getting an oil change). The service technicians were very friendly and helpful, but the waiting area is very small, and when it's crowded, there aren't even enough chairs for everyone to sit down; you have to stand.

I’ve been a customer of Hillside Honda Express Maintenance for years. Today was my first Friday visit. Although Hillside Honda Express Maintenance has no control over traffic in the area, they do have control over the scheduling of appointments. The area around the maintenance facility is impassible on Friday afternoons. It took me an additional hour to maneuver the area around the facility to make my appointment.
