We got there to fix my car but tgeir behaviour is not good at all there is 2 person was sitting at the front and we asked them about my car if they are keeping the car for today or going to fix it and give us today but they were sending us to each other saying he got ur car and they are not tatalking to us nicely si tTheir behaviour is not good at all
I have a contract from the dealership stipulating that I am entitled to two years of free maintenance. In April of this year, I was charged $417.37 for an oil and transmission fluid change. Very fast service!
Today was my third time having my car serviced at Hillside Honda Express and each time the service has been top notch. They open on time and the first person who greets you and asks what you need today has always been patient, friendly, and helpful. He takes good care of my vehicle. My wait time has always been 60 minutes or less. The person we see before getting our vehicle back was as kind, helpful, and professional as can be. I can't rave enough about my experience there. Hello. I do not recommend going to this place. I went in April 2026. They have a sign stating that they charge $165 per hour for labor. They spent barely two hours working on my car and charged me $849.25. It is an absolute rip-off. DO NOT GO!!! They couldn't even justify the cost themselves.
