Terrible company! Do not do business with them. Said we needed a $350 part, and required payment up front. Took $350 and disappeared. D*** ****** (owner) said he will deliver our refund by check. Never showed and won’t answer or return calls. Don’t let him steal your $$.
Purchased fireplace from them, placed it fairly timely when needed. But then when the room was done and we needed the blower and doors to be able to use it, cannot get "Dale" or anyone to respond about anything. It is paid for. He does not seem to respond to anyone but the contractors, and now he is not even responding ro them. Very frustrating as we want to be able to use it! Already have wood to burn!
