Worst experience I will never use or recommend Dale and this company. He was quick to come out for the estimate and planning but once he had the deposit he disappeared and became impossible to get a hold of. We had estimate done by the end of October with a timeline of mid November for installation. By March we still didn't have our stove. He never communicated anything regarding updates. Bought fireplace from them several years ago had great experience then I recently had to get it serviced. Had someone out in a day or 2. Repairmen were very prompt and courteous explained to me what they did and even repaired my remote for free which I had not reported as an issue. Owner was very nice and explained that if had any issues to call and they would send free of charge for a year
