Sarah Maetche is an exceptional physiotherapist. She has been helping me overcome a chronic back issue that I've had for years. Not only is she very knowledgeable and competent, she is also funny, patient and kind. I think this is a must when you're working with chronic pain (and when you're not as great at completing your assigned exercises as you could be).
Highly recommend this clinic! The team at hillside health are attentive, and genuinely care about getting us back to 100%. Not only do I appreciate the work Sarah and Leah have done to get my hips, knee and back to feeling the best they have in a while, I found even the information and injury prevention tactics something I can use for the rest of my life!
I see Sarah Maetche for physiotherapy at Hillside Health for a hip that has been diagnosed as needing to be replaced. From the very beginning I have felt comfortable with Sarah. She is very professional and knowledgeable with regards to procedures that need to happen at the appointment, then setting up a exercise/stretch routine. I have had multiple massages from Jordanna. Not only is she knowledgeable and explains what is going on with my body, she has a true passion for helping people. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have been to and look forward to all my future appointments with her.
Hillside has been wonderful in assisting me with my shoulder pain :) Sarah has patiently helped me figure out what stretches and exercises worked best for me. The front desk staff has been wonderful and kind in their greetings of me whenever I come in. Would highly recommend this establishment- the care here is thorough :) Thank you Hillside
