Overall worst patient care my family and I has ever experienced.
I my NP at this facility but ever since Concord Hospital bought it I have a very difficult time getting an appointment in a reasonable amount of time when I need one, I can’t wait 3-6 months!! Hopefully Concord Hospital can rectify this situation soon.
I've just transferred to this DR. office my 1st appointment is in October but I needed to see a Dr for meds I called and they took me right in . It was supposed to be a quick appointment but it was almost a hr she pulled her chair right up to me and we talked I haven't seen that for a long time. So far it's 300% better than Laconia Clinic
