Went in to see about service waited at the counter for a few minutes before someone in reception came. When they came there cell phone made a few beeping noises and that seemed to be more important than customer service they had to check that before they could talk to someone who had been standing there for a while. I’ll take my vehicle to a place that puts customer service number one priority!
Always an easy visit
This is the first complaint I have with the Express car wash. Did not clean my vehicle at all this time. For the money I paid, guess I'll go elsewhere from now on.
