Mice infested building # 1. Condo assoc "working on it" for months. Loud neighbors and neighborhood.
Currently an owner at Hillside Estates. The location and price point when I purchased in June 2020 was very appealing - my neighbors are friendly and respectful & there is plenty of parking and access to walking trails behind Pinkerton. I have 3 major complaints. 1. MANY dog owners do not pick up their dogs business once they are done. I've witnessed several dogs (multiple times) take massive poops and the owner completely ignores it.
