RecommendedI enjoy living here. Mostly quiet. Great neighbors and we all help each other out. Very safe. I have a bigger yard and kids play football in the back. Water garbage and road maintenance all included. They keep the hill very safe in the winter.
I would recommend going through hillside llc rather than real estate agency. saw a home for sale on alpine circle on real estate site sent in my info. Got a response from Weichert realtors. set up an appt to see the home. Drove 1 hr and 40 mins to get there arrived 45 mins before my appt. after waiting for 20mins past my appt time I texted the agent who had both home phone and cell phone # told her that if she had not left her office don't bother coming as it was discourteous not to let me know you were going to be late and ... read more
Great management and great workers in main Shop we work hard trying to clean up this place.
I live here for 6 years ago and everything I put in my yard for my kids the landlord send me a letter,that's so ridiculous..that house's it's only for old people not for people's has a kids... Now I put my house on sale because I need a yard for my kids playing
Less than one star in my book..... My yards been eroding for years I asked to have a tree limb removed it took 2 months to get it done when you request maintenance nothing is done
