They said the results come out in 5 days. After 7 days, I emailed them to know what happened, because a friend of mine did the test one day after me and she had the results in 5 days, they came with the excuse about a high volume of work. How come someone did after me and got the results ? After 8 days, they sent me a message NOT ABLE TO PROCESS my Covid test. Really ?! Stick to professionals, go to CVS.
There was only one person there. I'm hoping there are more help on busy days. She was very nice and accommodating.
God bless the young lady that was there working all by herself. No complaints about her but I was so annoyed that I had to wait over 4 hours in line..in the freezing cold. I took my test on 12/23/21..today is 12/30/21 and I haven't even received my results. At this point I need a new test. Hillside needs to do better.
This place is horrible, registering online means nothing, you still have to wait in line. There is no one to contact about questions or results. The phone rings once and disconnects, and the email listed for frequently asked questions no one answers. I contacted the lab to only be put through to a voicemail box that is full. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Now the 2 young ladies working were very nice, but the process really sucks!
