I was here in 2023-2034 i was around 13-14 i hated this place so much I feel like i left with more trauma then i came in with. I never had self harmed or had suicidal tendencies until i went here. I’m 15 now and a little better, this place ruined me though the staff in my unit (Alcott) didn’t care a bit about our feelings or triggers. I don’t recommend this place never send your kids here.

Jeez, it's been years since I was there. The staff was patient with me when I would lose it and runawa6 but they also helped me realize that I was given up for adoption. At least these places still exist for reasons .

I used to live there 15/16 and they saved my life. I would love to be able to find Mr. Howard that worked there around 98/99 and tell him thank you. His belief in me turned me into a great mother and I've never been in trouble since. Please if anyone knows how to find him or lead me in the direction of him, let me know. Tell him I just need him to know I appreciate him and his sacrifices for me and the rest of the children that needed an ear to listen to us. I will never forget you. I'm forever grateful.
