If u have a new car or truck please don’t go there for tire rotation or for vehicle service they scratched my alloy wheels. They didn’t even try to fix it
When they check the engine code they display exactly what they are seeing. I've never seen so much transparency at a car service place.
Husband made an appointment for vehicle and was never told had to fill out a sheet before key drop off. Called to let them know where keys were located in/on vehicle. Was told they couldn’t do work because sheet wasn’t filled out. Called back to say they would let it slide this time. Went in to pick up vehicle, $300 fee for diagnostics to tell him what he already knew and not a single repair made. Not to forget that we don’t live in town. Appointment was for early morning and didn’t hear back until late afternoon.
