I recently purchased an optic sport luxury . The entire process was expertly facilitated by David Falls. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and approach. I absolutely love the drive and comfort.
I inquired about a vehicle in their used inventory and spoke with a representative who scheduled a follow-up call for the next day. I specifically cleared my schedule to ensure I was available, but no one ever called. I later saw the vehicle was no longer listed. While I understand cars sell quickly, communication and respecting a customer's time should be a priority. Very disappointed.
