Terrible service department unfortunately will never be buying another Chevy on pei because it’s like pulling teeth dealing with service.
Was looking at a 2010 GMC Sierra, took it for a drive was quoted a price for it taxes in seems good, said id be in the next day to talk to Connor about it as he was the one I was dealing with. Called him the next day so I could take it to my mechanic, said I could so went in to pick it up to find out they had sold it on me to someone else by yet another sales man. Don't believe I'll ever deal with Hillside again. Was not a happy fella.
I did not end up buying a vehicle here, but Kent in Sales was amazing. He sent an email congratulating me on my new vehicle even though I didn't purchase through him. Parts is also great at this location, very professional
