This is the second time we have used Hillside Appliance Repair. They are great, friendly, on time and get the job done.
Reginald has come to our home several times. He is always professional and accurate in finding and fixing the problem. He was also very patient with my nephew who was determined to help him.
I called this company to repair an ice maker at one of my work locations, and the office staff appeared to be polite at first. DO NOT BE FOOLED. When the repair man was supposed to show up, he did not and they never called to let us know they would not be arriving. When I rescheduled the office staff was mildly rude. When he did finally show up it was several hours before the predicted arrival time and the repair man was EXTREMELY rude to not only my boss, but to the staff at the location as well. I have worked with Hillside a number of times. They show up when they say they will, give fair estimates, do great repairs and have have very fair pricing
