I would give them a zero if I could! I have used Hillside under the previous owner, David and loved it. The new owner Reginald in a con man. I had 2 separate issues, a dryer and an ice maker. He did not really listen to what I said the problem was and ordered 2 expensive parts that did not resolve the problems. He never showed up during the 4 hour window I was given and twice did not show up at all. No calls about being late or unable to come. he did not respond to my calls, voice mails, or texts. Stay away. Called about a dishwasher that stopped working..Owner came out spent 5 minutes and pulled the plug and repluged it and said it was fixed and charged $90. After he left the dishwasher still didn't work. I called and he set up another appt I sat and waited for that appt and he never showed up. Called again this time he came out and said the mother board needed to be replaced charging another $277. after he installed it the dishwasher still didn't work. Total scam. Waited All day for some guy to show up for literally less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem with the fridge through telepathy and a plastic walkie-talkie device from the 1960's. Never pulled the fridge forward to see the back or take a back cover off to see the fridge like they did on the old days. What a scam. Don't call them. He will tell you what you already know.
