Exceptional customer service and care by MD's and entire team. We typically see Dr Casey Konrad, but have worked with other MD's also. Options for care are always provided and pet parents concerns are taken seriously--they listen; and they take care of my dogs like they are family. If an urgent appointment is needed (based on pet parent's perception) the staff work to make that happen. They take great care of my dogs and me as well!! Highly recommend Hillside Animal Hospital.
I am new to the area and Annie is new to the veterinarian service at Hillside. When I adopted Annie 5 years ago, she did not like strangers at all. I’ve worked very hard to get her to where she is today and I really really like the way the staff at Hillside handled her. They were very slow with her very calm gave her lots of treats lots of affection. Everything she needs to earn your trust. I am very impressed with the staff, and I am so happy to have my Annie being taken care of by all of them.

The team at Hillside is one of the best to provide veterinarian services in the area. They listen to your concerns and are very compassionate, knowledgeable, and thoroughly discuss the care plan. While I respect Dr. Conrad as our primary veterinarian, I know if he is not available I can make an appointment with other providers who will provide the care my animals need. Thank you all for your professionalism!
