Needed to update my original review, since the barn manager that was there left and was the reason I returned to this facility, everything has gone down the hillside. There doesn't seem to be a passion for the care of the animals, certainly not since the original barn manager left and is now nothing but drama and low quality care. I would not recommend this facility.
I’ve been a boarder at Hillside Acres for 6 years with one young horse and one senior horse, and both the pasture board and paddock board are excellent options. The barn manager works with boarders to ensure each horses specific needs are met. Tons of trails to enjoy in the summer and a great group of boarders if you want to make some new horsey friends!
My horse is so happy and relaxed here and receives excellent care. Every one is friendly and helpful.
