So I went to see Paul on January 18th 2023 to quite smoking. To this day I am still smoke free for almost a year. I went back for the weight management in November. Just let me tell you how helpful Paul and Hypnosis is! I lost 10lb in 7 weeks. Of course you also have to make an effort too. Paul is wonderful, sweet, respectful and gentle! It was a real pleasure going thru this with him. I definitely recommend Hillsdale Hypnosis!!!
I am a college student that recently struggled with sudden anxiety. Not wanting to resort to medication, I decided to try hypnosis. Paul was very friendly and was adamant about finding the source. He used all that he had learned from our initial conversation to give me a tool to use when I would start to feel anxious. I would recommend hypnosis with Paul for anyone that experiences episodes of extreme anxiety.
Wonderful, healing atmosphere. Paul is very professional and concerned for your well being. Don't put it off !
