This park is the worst place to live . Let's start with management he is rude and really doesn't care about anything or anyone all he cares about is money in his pocket he is un reasonable and does not care. He actually had my mother-in-law so upset she was crying and shaking. He refuses to let me in the park and I've done absolutely nothing wrong but help all the neighbors and stay with my mother-in-law. I would not recommend this park to the neighborhood wild animal or anyone else DO NOT BUY A HOME IN THIS PARK

Hillsdale community for older persons is a senior mobile home park in name and on paper only,in reality the park has a growing number of illegal residents and abuse of visitor rules with no effective enforcement.We have had at least 4 different managers in 2 or 3 years and the current manager refuses to acknowledge the problem and/or take steps to remedy the problem. Okay Park Crappy Manager – My Girl friend lives in The Park..Its nice and quiet like most adult parks..But alot of Railroad noise from across the street..Which you get used to after a few years. The activity's that are sponsored by the Manager are old and outdated and functions in the club house are always hurried, most people feel as if the Manager does not welcome the activitys in her Clubhouse.
