What a pain in the butt that was. I go over to Foster City Arco for a Smog, but they do not do the smog there but you but you pay for it there. Then they send you to 71 21St San Mateo. I pull up and the guy was rude. Ask about using the restroom and he told me (we don't have a customer restroom. OMG
I had the misfortune of a flat tire on a Sunday, far from home and at risk of running late to work. But fortunately, I was at the right place-right time. My insurance was having issues with roadside assistance and Sam-the owner, saved me. He helped me get my spare tire on my vehicle and got me safe back on the road with no hassle. I was hundreds of miles away from home and Sundays are notorious for closed auto repair. Very thankful to Sam for helping me out
Was in here recently for an oil change, and they not only checked my battery for free, they fixed my front license plate with a free bolt. Excellent service, polite and prompt. Recommended.
