The Hillsborough Yoga Company serves the community of Hillsborough and all of central North Carolina. We offer a wide range of classes in many styles, including yoga, Pilates, and meditation, and we are confident we have the right class and instructor for you. You will be very comfortable in our two beautiful studios, which are well stocked with everything you need. New for 2015: we are part of the Carolina Yoga Company, which includes Carrboro Yoga and Durham Yoga. Your class passes now work at all three locations!

Hillsborough Yoga & Healing Arts is Wonderful This new yoga studio is beautiful and offers a wide variety of classes. Hillsborough Yoga & Healing Arts have a quiet meditation room that anyone can come and use. The first Saturday of each month they offer free classes. The teachers rotate so it is a good way to check out different styles and see what feels best for you. Local healing Arts I work in Hillsborough and I love their lunch drop-in classes. I can drive from downtown to the studio, get a quick workout, and be back to work within an hour. We're so glad Hillsborough finally has a modern and comfortable healing arts studio!
Mellow Hometown Yoga studio My husband and I found this studio in Hillsborough last week and so far have been really impressed. The studio and staff are professional and very friendly. We've only take a couple yoga classes so far, but the selection of classes and workshops is pretty diverse. I look forward to some of the workshops they're holding later this year and have been considering checking out their chiropractic services as well.
