I never thought I'd rate a self-storage facility, but this one merits it. Highly recommended, well worth the drive out from Durham. Clean, easy entry for movers, great pricing for climate control, and very helpful management.
Established self storage with fair pricing and quantity discounts. Have not raised our rates monthly like some of the other self storages that I have used. The facility is clean and, in the climate controlled area at least, appears to be vermin free after 4 months. Lower fees on upper floors. Small elevator to second floor. Pleasant staff.
Nice clean facility. The spaces are well maintained. There are small issues, such as the elevator being small which is a pain for second floor storage. I appreciate they have restrooms on-site which not all storage facilities offer. They are secure and their staff is friendly.
