Had an HSG procedure done and Andie was amazing!! I was so nervous after reading what others experienced. She helped ease my nerves and we chatted the entire time, she was so sweet. She explained the entire process and did not leave my side. Dr. Jaffe was also great and has a good sense of humor, which is needed during this time. He explained the whole process and made it as painless as possible. I highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience at Hillsborough Radiology. I am starting a new job and my new insurance won’t kick in for a while, so I asked if my appointment for next week could be moved to this week while I still had insurance from my old job. The person at the front desk (sorry, don’t have her name, with blond hair) was really accommodating and checked with Dersh to see if she could squeeze me in. My whole experience at Hillsborough Radiology was absolutely amazing! Starting from the front desk and till i walked out of the building! The lady at the frond desk was fast and very polite. The radiology tech Andie is beyond great, she is very attentive, explained everything about the procedure, very nice, very easygoing, and was even holding my hand while the doctor Bahkru did what he needed to do ! Dr. Gregory A Kaufmann MD, Dr. Rik Sen MD and staff were excellent. They were very informative. They made me feel extremely comfortable. They explained everything to me step by step. I had this procedure, LEFT SHOULDER ARTHROGRAM INJECTION CT LEFT SHOULDER WITH INTRAARTICULAR INJECTION. Thank you again!
