Michelle and Diana made an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible. I have bad veins and usually get vein blowouts or numerous attempts before getting a line in, but Diana got one in almost effortlessly and without having to use the more painful route. Thank you both 😁

Staff at location is fine & friendly. The PROBLEM with having an MRI here is that the radiology staff publishes incomplete and unhelpful reports (i.e.- they rush their work and do it poorly). This gives your doctor (and you) incomplete information with which to make decisions!! For me, they indicated 2 labral tears, but gave no information has to the size or as to whether there was a complete tear from the bone. This is sloppy medical work, plain and simple!!!
Michelle from the front office was a lot of help , she took plenty of time to figure out my insurance and to quickly make my so much needed appointment!! If I could give 10 starts I would !! Very rare this days you get to have people that care and she is definitely one of them !!
