This facility and Palm Harbor you will not get a good Unicorn experience just a wolf. You will never get referrals even if they recommend pain management. Missed an appointment by my Rheumotology due to no referal. They hardly answer the phone and voicemail box is always full. I had to go there to talk to them about anything. Even my other doctors would call and they cant get thru either. I even had a 3 way call with painmangement I tried getting into this office and my health insurance referals was never sent and they lied ... read more
The worst experience with any Drs office EVER!!! The sad thing is that it's Nori who gets this rating because she never returns any phonecalls even after 30 plus attempts after leaving multiple messages for her directly. The office staff who answer the phones mix up everything you say when relaying your message. Dr Brito is wonderful but her staff ruin her practice! Please find a different Doctor!
