Disappointing Service and Quality of Work We used Hillsborough Irrigation for our sprinkler service since the previous owners of our home used them to install/service. About a year ago we also hired Hillsborough to complete a drainage project at our home. In hiring Hillsborough, we explained that we needed the drainage to be installed at a certain depth due to another pending project that was to be completed at a later date.
